Haven’t received an email yet saying your order is on its way? Then it’s still possible to cancel or change your order.

If your order has already been shipped, you can, if necessary, use the return procedure.

You can request an invoice for your order by emailing info@doka-deals.be, including your order number and VAT details.

For future orders placed from the same account, we will automatically send you an invoice.

All prices on the product pages include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The total price shown at checkout includes VAT and shipping costs (if applicable).

We are happy to assist you in resolving your complaint as best as possible. You can submit it in writing via the contact page or by emailing info@doka-deals.be, preferably as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, the chosen shipping method, and the destination.

You can choose between home delivery and pickup at a nearby service point (via Mondial Relay).

Orders of €150 or more are delivered free of charge in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The delivery time depends on the composition of your order.

If your order consists solely of products that are in stock, we aim to ship it to your home or a pickup point within 2-4 working days.

If your order contains products that are not in stock, the delivery time will vary. The expected delivery time is indicated on each product page.

We will make every effort to meet the stated delivery time, but it is not binding.

Your order will only be shipped once all products are available.

For shipments to both Belgium and the Netherlands, you can always choose between home delivery or pickup at a Mondial Relay service point during checkout.

If you select pickup, you can choose your preferred nearby service point after completing your order.

Currently, it is not possible to pick up orders in person.

If, for any reason, you are unable to use the available delivery options, please contact us so we can work together to find a solution.

At the moment, we only ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain and Portugal.

Absolutely. As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with a link to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Sorry to hear your package is delayed. Use the tracking code you received by email, which is also available in the ‘My Account’ section of the webshop. This way, you can check the most up-to-date information about your package.

Usually, delayed packages still arrive the next day, so please wait a little longer. If you haven’t received your package 5 days after the original delivery date, please contact us via the contact form or at info@doka-deals.be.

You can notify us in writing of your return within 14 days after receiving the item, either via the contact form or by emailing info@doka-deals.be. After that, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

To receive a full refund, it is important that you return the item in its original packaging and undamaged.

The return period expires 14 days after you receive your order, after which items can no longer be returned.

Once we have received the item and checked its contents, we will refund the purchase amount - including the original shipping cost - as soon as possible via the payment method used for the order.

Only the return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please note: Due to the nature of the products, paper, film and chemical items that have been opened are not eligible for return.

After you have reported a return - see ‘Can I return items?’ - we will send you a return label by email. You can print this label and attach it to the package.

Before shipping, we always check our items for damage and defects, and we do our best to pack them carefully.
