Refund policy

You can report your return in writing within 14 days after receiving the item via the contact form or by email at info@doka-deals.be. After that, you will have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

To receive a full refund, it is important to return your item in its original packaging and undamaged.

The return period expires 14 days after receipt of your order, and you will no longer be able to return the items after that.

As soon as we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the purchase amount - including the initial shipping cost - as soon as possible via the payment method you used for the order.

Only the return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please note: Due to the nature of the products, paper and film items that have already been opened are not eligible for return.
